come on guys, 2 days away and nobody has any thoughts yet, I find that had to believe. Some really good, competitive fights on this card too.

I just played Sylvia -102 and Belfort -106

If I had one ounce of worthwhile info, I would be more than happy to post it. I haven't viewed too much UFC, though I do like it, hence no strong opinion. Good luck with your picks.

For the reason you stated: The card is made primarily of good, competitive fights, Hardcore...so it's hard to see a strong lean or a mistake in the lines.

I'm going to post a predictions thread in the main forum. Check it out there.

I personally think that Sylvia should be a 2-1 favorite. The guy is a monster, and he will catch Arlovski and dominate him I think. His only loss was because Mir broke his arm while Sylvia had him down already. Just my 2 cents. I will check it out though, thanks. Also, doesnt Tito seem to have problems with guys that can strike with their hands. Chuck, and even that Cote guy had him rocked. Vitor has the fastest hands of all.

I get the feeling Diaz will have his hands full here, but we will see. This is a must win for Baroni, I expect a KO. Good luck on the parlay Spinchter. By the way, what are your thoughts on Sylvia-Arlovski? I love Tim, and I cant believe im the only one here so far. How do you bet against a guy who gets his arm broke and keeps going, like nothing happened. haha

Arlovski will win that fight, Cap. Mark my words. Sylvia is a shot fighter. He will never peform as he did before going off the sauce and hurting his wing.

Andrei will be able to get in and out and score with strikes: he's much, much faster than Tim. And if it hits the mat, Sylvia is going to be out of his element. He may have the best ground game in the world in the gym, but the Octagon is an entirely different story. Watch Arlovski grab that arm and see how quick he taps. This is Andrei's time.

Yeah, I think Arlovski takes the fight tonight as well. As Royler stated, Arlovski has much, much quicker hands and is just flat-out 'quicker' in all other aspects. Wouldn't matter that much if he didnt have tons of power, but he does..and I dont think Sylvia can catch him with a big righthand before Arlovski does major damage to him.

Though the odds on Terrell are getting a bit high, he's going to beat Tanner convincingly.

Also like Belfort.

I would not bet the Terrell/Tanner fight. Dave is a great fighter, but he's got to be feeling the pressure of being annointed. Evan is practically on vacation from a stress perspective.

Belfort won't win. Tito will hold him down for the decision or get a cut stoppage. Gotta love how people sleep on Tito because of one KO loss to a guy that had been in his head for five years prior.

Royler, I respect you thoughts. I already bet Sylvia, so im gonna go with it. I know people think he is shot, but Ive seen Arlovski gethit alot, and as good as he looks, Sylvia is stronger. I personlly am not sleeping on Tito, I just like Belfort here. Tito was exposed in the Couture fight a little, and alot in the Lidell fight. I think his striking sucks. Yes he is a great mat technician, but what if the fight is in the stand up? Will he cover up and get rocked again? I guess we will see. Both should be great fight either way.

Tito's stand-up is abysmal, but he took the best shots Silva and Kondo had to give without choking. Likewise, Belfort's ground game is severely lacking. Aside from headbutting Randy's fist all night, he could pose no threat whatsoever from his back.

I'm sticking my neck out there, but I don't see how Tito loses. The patented "Belfort Flurry" only makes an appearance once every six years or so. Tito is not going to wait for it. He will immediately clinch and get Belfort on the mat. Cue fairly boring main event. Tito is a 5x defending champ. He's done a lot more in this sport than Belfort has, or likely ever will. We're going to witness a big disparity in skill level tonight.

That said, the only bet I made tonight is Buentello when I grabbed him at +200. If the book happens to grade immediately - which I doubt - then I'll toss my winnings on Arlovski. Tito and Kyle represent the other good bets on the card...all in my humble opinion, of course.

This card will be awesome. I cannot fathom anyone being disappointed in dropping $30 for six great fights when boxing will rob you of $60 for one marquee bout.

Im looking forward to the Eilers bout. That guy is just a tough SOB. I agree that the card should be very entertaining.

Everything goes exactly as expected - it's the fight game, so you never really know. Sylvia had nothing, but Belfort had more fire than I was expecting to see.

I cashed on Buentello. Hope someone made some scratch.

Well that sucked. Took that card on the chin.. Sylvia looks terrible. Looked at pics of him before and after, and the roids makes a huge difference. Belfort had Tito 2 different times, and couldnt close it out. I hate the guy but I have to give him credit, he survived the barrage and took over.

everybody did pretty well....that`s the idea.....good job royler..

frickin` baroni cost me a perfect day.....overrated....all flash...little substance...

same goes for belfort...he`s no phenom....i was hoping he`d shut ortiz` mouth...but,poor cardio...one dimensional..if he doesn`t get you early,he`s done.....he`s a buff "butterbean"...

..not a ton of heart....he had ortiz down and could have elbowed him numerous times on the ground....and froze.....

he ain`t all that...then,ortiz calls out the one guy whose ass he whipped already and is over 40.....hell,why not call out mickey rooney.....he wanted no part of liddell...

tito`s a piece of work...

and why didn`t somebody tell me that arlovski had "fangs"......if i`d known that,i`d have laid a sawbuck on him just on general principle....
